Our Corporate Mentoring Scheme
Who are our mentors and what can they offer?
Our Corporate Mentors are senior managers from different departments within the council, such as children's social care, education, finance, business & admin, legal and many more.
Our mentors can offer an insight into the world of work and explain how large organisations work. They can also share their experiences of what it is like working for the council, which can be really useful if you are looking to apply for an apprenticeship within the council.
