Supporting Secondary Young People Through Co-Regulation
Join us in person to learn how co-regulation can boost support for secondary young people!
Join us for an interactive training session focused on supporting secondary-aged young people through co-regulation. This session will explore practical approaches to building positive relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and creating safe, supportive environments where young people can thrive.
Designed for staff supporting secondary-aged young people in care, this training explores the foundations of regulation and co-regulation and their role in supporting emotional wellbeing. Participants will gain an understanding of how early experiences can impact a young person's ability to regulate emotions and behaviour, and will explore practical co-regulation strategies that can be implemented in school to strengthen relationships, promote resilience, and support positive engagement with learning.
Please note: A minimum number of bookings is required for this training to proceed. If sufficient registrations are not received, the session may be cancelled and registered participants will be notified in advance.
